Harassing behavior, bullying, shaming, discriminatory practices, or hate speech will not be tolerated at our events, within our spaces, or from our Volunteers, Members, Guests, or Leadership. These expectations are built into our club rules and Membership agreements and are covered as part of our New Member Orientation.
To better support our community, we encourage Members to report discrimination, bullying, harassment, or other concerning behavior through the “Incident Reporting” form on our website.
Members or Guests of Members can use our request form to ask for adjustments or changes to club policies or practices when an accommodation is needed. While we may not always be able to fulfill a request exactly as suggested, we are always willing to consider options that support the needs of our Members. We ask that you give us time to review and explore possible solutions before expecting an accommodation to be implemented.
